Tokerau beach is a beautiful sandy beach which is a safe swimming beach, good for kayak fishing, or launching the torpedo for a good catch for dinner. Located on the Karikari Peninsula there are many more beautiful sandy beaches a short distance from here and fishing and diving is amazing. The golf club at the Carrington Resort is only 3.5 kilometres away and the Karikari Winery is just around the corner from there.
