80.85 hectares (more or less) of hill country. 65 ha previously planted. Logging was completed last spring. Available as bare land for replanting in radiata or some other carbon capturing species. This block has 56.8 ha recently entered in the ETS. There are 2.5 kms of fully metalled truck roads, landing pads and a limestone quarry consented under National Environmental Standards. A good water source is available. This area is noted for good growth rates with further processing at Kaitaia, Waipapa or export at Marsden Point.
