The Capri Motel is converting to residential rental units. Close to schools and very handy to town and Pak'n'Save. Safe and secure studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units for rent. Warm and dry with carpet throughout and fully furnished. Rents include power and water and start at $220 per week. Shared laundry facilities. Off street car parking. No pets. Move in costs include the first week of rent in advance, a four week bond and a letting fee.
