Someone you can trust Nikki assisted us with selling our first home so we could transition into our forever lifestyle home. We were pretty attached to it, and she took that into consideration and treated our house with respect and always conducted herself in a professional manner. We found her to to be warm, open and realistic about the current state of the market, and she worked with us to make the necessary accomodations required to sell our house. We sold our house for the price we wanted and within 90 days, no small feat given the economic climate. This was the goal she set herself to work towards and achieved it well ahead of time. Her communication skills were great throughout the process and she stepped us through each stage of it. We’d happily work with Nikki again, and would recommend her to others looking to sell their house who want someone that will listen to them, be honest and realistic about expectations, consider their needs, and help them achieve the right outcome.
