Niki talked us through the different marketing options and explained the pros and cons very well, Niki recommended the 2 week deadline sale option and it definitely ticked all the boxes and got us a great result.

We loved Nikis infectious enthusiasm. She was highly professional, but in a friendly cooperative manner. We felt a comfortable affinity with her and nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us the impression that we were part of her team and we were always her number one priority.

Because it was hard to settle with them. Had building report within week and told them I have this problem with building report. They just killed time and no reply till end of time period. In last day they really want hurry and rush to finish this deal. Even vendor took fire guard was not included in list and he took it with him. When I asked Julie then she said can’t don anything with this. I asked please asked him from where I can buy this and she said will let know and no reply. So not happy with this service it must be convince and transparent service.
