2016 Ray White New Zealand Strategy Released

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, first brought forward for discussion the Ray White Group New Zealand Strategy in September 2011. During the past 12 months a series of focus groups have been part of the development of the Strategy to understand the core values of each stakeholder within the Group. The Strategy was further discussed and released at the 2012 Ray White Business Owners Symposium in Queenstown, with the further development of the eight strategic questions which give a clear and precise direction for Ray White New Zealand over the next five years. During the past month there have been nine regional meetings held where every business owner has been provided with a copy of the Strategy, which has now been formally indoctrinated into the Ray White Group’s processes.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said “The New Zealand Strategy gives our company clear direction as to the values we offer and the expectations of which our group members can expect to be delivering to each part of our business transaction.” He went on to say “The Group has achieved record growth during the past 12 months, with the opening of a new office every 10 working days, and the strategy enables members to bond with the direction of the Group and allow for continued growth that is in line with the Strategy over the next five year period.”
