Mike Harvey has been in the real estate industry just over 10 years. He joined Ray White in January 2008 as a business owner at Mapua, bringing to the office a new dynamic which has seen the business achieve a market leading position.
Mike has reached Elite status and if you look into the reasons for his success, it is his thirst for constant and never-ending improvement. He makes the statement that personally he refuses to be limited by what he now knows and continues to strive to identify new and creative ways to take his business to the next level. When asked what he felt was the most important asset to a successful real estate agent he responded “a great negotiator.” He went on to say every stage of marketing requires a confident, disciplined and effective negotiator and this continues right through to the completion of the sale.
Mike has been a local in Mapua since taking on the challenge to build the office with the support of his wife and three children. The office goes from strength to strength and we congratulate Mike on achieving Elite status with our group.
