The Ray White Property Management Conference this year was held at SkyCity Convention Centre and welcomed 200 of the Ray White Group’s property managers.
Zac Snelling, National Property Management Business Performance Manager, hosted the day. In his opening, Zac made comment about the increasing relevance of property management across New Zealand. He said the Ray White Group has increased its property management portfolio to approximately 16,000 properties which, under management, totalled close to $9 billion worth of property. He said “The Group provided resources, structure and service to our property management team that well positions the Group to provide service of the highest quality to all stakeholders in the area of property management.”
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said “The Group’s approach to property management had become broader during the last 12 months, with an increasing evidence on the services that the Group provides, particularly around the understanding of landlord’s expectations and our Group’s ability to exceed those expectations.”
The day emphasised the personal career paths of property managers through keynote speakers Martin Grunstein and Fiona Blayney. Both speakers spoke about the communication roles of property managers and how learning new skills in the area of customer engagement was important to providing outstanding customer service.
The Ray White Group manages 16,000 properties across New Zealand on behalf of landlords and investors. The Group has over 300 specialised and highly skilled property managers who offer services from over 90 Ray White offices throughout New Zealand.
