The Ray White New Zealand Group, through Master of Ceremonies Hayden Broadbelt, welcomed the largest number of attendees to their national conference day, held at Auckland’s SkyCity Convention Centre.
Keynote speaker and body language expert, Allan Pease, thrilled the audience with an interactive presentation on better understanding how people react to each other in the processes of presentations.
Martin Sawyers, Head Legal Counsel of the Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA), presented a session on working with compliance. Martin’s presentation included insights into how compliance can better assist in individual efficiency and transparency for decision making.
Head of Perceptive, Chris Pescott, gave an overview of the customer monitor programme Ray White adopted just over 12 months ago. Chris presented on the value of understanding clients responses and how the customer is the best advocate for growing a business, particularly in the area of real estate.
Julie Ryan, Head of Elite Development within Ray White, presented a memorable session based on growth and capacity Her session gave insights into how to better achieve successful results for clients in a fast moving environment.
The afternoon session was completed by award winning auctioneer Jason Andrew. Jason delivered a session which showed licensee salespeople how to create competition within the auction environment. The session included insights into the way people respond to the growing use of auction to market property.
The national day conference is part of a series of events held over two days in Auckland for the Ray White Group in New Zealand.
