To whom it may concern Review of Murray Coop from Ray White Real Estate Ngunguru In February of this year, I put my Tutukaka property into the hands of a real estate company to sell. It was well advertised and attracted a lot of interest. However, there was no securing of an actual sale. My situation became one that it was literally costing me too much to maintain and the property had to 'go'. The option I had was to keep the status quo, or to change agents.
