Muiread Douglas

Muiread has lived and worked in Rotorua for the last 20years. 

Originally from the UK (Liverpool then Scotland), Muiread made the move to Rotorua where she has enjoyed working for herself in the health industry.

She has lived in Hamurana for over 19 years and is passionate about rural and lifestyle living. There’s so much to do in Hamurana and Rotorua with the lakes, forest, and a myriad of activities to choose from. What more could you ask for? 

Moving to Rotorua and not knowing anyone gave Muiread the opportunity to get out and meet people, join groups and just get to know Rotorua. Over the 20 years of living here she has joined a variety of groups and at the moment belongs to BNI (Business Network International), Rotorua’s Property Investment group, and the local improv group which is great fun. Belonging to these groups enables Muiread to have great relationships with a wide range of people.
