This week Bob Mountfort and Neil Baker, licensee agents and business owners of the Mountfort Baker Group, recommitted with Ray White for a further term which will now take them beyond 25 years with the Group. Originally part of the United Realty network then under the ownership of Ray White, Bob Mountfort was the principal officer and was joined by Neil Baker in a partnership that has been highly successful in continuing to grow the dominance of the business across their six office network.

Neil Baker, co-owner of the Mountfort Baker Group, said the business has an impressive record in the area of sales, selling close to 30% of all properties across the Eastern Beaches. He added that the business has grown significantly in the area of property management and the business continues to go from strength-to-strength, with over 600 properties being looked after by their property management team.
