There was more than a hint of training at this year’s Lower South Island Symposium as it was combined with the delivery of the Accelerate Sales Training programme into the region.
Around 70 members from the Lower South enjoyed three days of training in beautiful Queenstown. It was a great opportunity to learn and educate but equally, it was an opportunity to network with other members from across the Lower South Island network of offices.
Whilst the emphasis this year was on training, Peter McCrea, Ray White Dunedin business owner and Zone Chair, was keen to ensure there remained a hint of fun during the event by booking the team into the The Winery. Here, team members not only had the opportunity to come together and mingle but also sample the award-winning single vineyard and reserve wines from boutique wineries that often do not have cellar doors.
Ray White New Zealand South Island Group Facilitator, Dave Price said, “Business symposiums provide an opportunity for our members to learn and network. This year, for the Lower South, it was decided to combine it with the delivery of the Accelerate Sales Training Programme. Networking was of equal importance and Peter’s suggestion to gather at The Winery was spot on. Everyone had a great evening”.
The Lower South Island has a strong network of 13 offices. For more details and office locations, visit; www.raywhite.co.nz
