Mike made selling our bach at Whangamata easier than we anticipated. He had to work with many owners and did so effortlessly. Because the title from cross lease to fee simple hadn't been processed he was great at following up and keeping abreast of the situation. It isn't easy selling a family bach that we had owned for 28 years. A lot of heart and soul had gone into it. Mike was sensitive , that for some , this was a hard process.
