Very Happy Customers Kelvin and myself had made a huge decision to sell the house we had built together just 18 months ago when we got married to shift to Australia for a change of lifestyle. So you can imagine this was going to be important to the future we had before us. The agent we chose had to be proactive, self-motivated, reliable and upfront. Since we first met Maria at an open home, we found her to be professional.  She also gave us the space we needed to look at the property on our own.  We didn't feel any pressure to make important decisions quickly, but felt she answered our questions professionally and respectfully.  When we told Maria we would like to come back and have another look at the property, she gave us the space to go away and think about it, and made contact with us just before our next intended visit. Recently, I purchased a unit and Maria was the sales agent. I must tell you what a treasure you have working for you. From the first meeting Maria has been amazing. Such a cheerful and happy person. Willing to help with anything and everything. She was the first person to congratulate us when the sale of our house went unconditional. She was so happy for us as she knew how much we wanted the unit. She has answered all our queries and questions with pleasure - nothing was too much for Maria. She is truly a very dedicated person and I would certainly recommend her to any and all of my friends who were thinking of buying. The difference with Maria is that she is willing to go the extra mile - you are not a number or a house sale you are real people, always using our first names and extremely friendly and helpful. I just cannot say enough about her - Maria carries out her job in a manner that is rarely seen in New Zealand - and how it should be. Maria came to visit us several days after we moved in to make sure everything was okay and brought us a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a voucher for a restaurant - she even included an extra amount because my sister was visiting from England. What a gem.
