Jayden is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He explained the sale process and the best means to achieve a great result for our family. He spent time to answer all our questions and to explain the hows and whys of the auction process.  Margaux is lovely to deal with. Yes Jayden and Margaux are consummate professionals Yes they give you good, solid, honest sales advice. Yes you can trust them. Yes they will work really, really hard to sell your property. Jayden saw our advert and from time to time rang with sales tips and encouragement. When I first met Jayden I was immediately impressed by his personable nature, enthusiasm, and tenacity. I engaged him to sell my property at 7 Whites Way, Ellerslie. We ran a 3 week marketing campaign leading to an auction. Working with Jayden I found he worked extremely hard, communicated well, and listened to me and made changes if needed. By auction day 43 buyers had inspected the property, 4 pre-auction offers were made, and we had 7 registered bidders at the start of the auction. The property sold unconditionally at auction at a price I was very happy with. Jayden and Margaux work well together. Their personal styles complement each other. Although this is a tough market for sellers, picking Margaux and Jayden to help us with our overseas move came naturally. Both my wife and I felt a solid immediate connection that proved to be more than just a hunch when they successfully sold our house in 36 days.
