Lynne was excellent in her communication from the very start and really easy and pleasant to deal with . During the time we were looking to purchase a home in Ashburton I emailed many different real estate agents asking questions and from some I got a delayed and unenthusiastic email back eventually , some didn't bother to reply at all . However when I emailed Lynne a simple question via her Trade Me ad I was pleased to receive a phone call from her within about an hour and from there we immediately started the purchase process . So easy , and would be very pleased to have Lynne as our new neighbor in Ashburton . Looking forward to the move south

We can not speak highly enough of Lynne's old school work ethic. She spoke so highly of Ashburton area and really sold us on the area as much as the house. Lynne has a wonderful personality and on several occasions she went beyond her position to make sure I was happy and understood all that was happening with my sale. We have become good friends and fellow Crusader supporters over this period. Owing to the fact that my new purchase is under a rental contract, I have to wait up to 90 days for possession and Lynne searched for the most suitable accommodation for me for this period - 24 Jun to 13 Sep (hopefully sooner) is quite a time to be motelling.
