The Ray White Group across the Lower South Island has a strong representation through the Southern Lakes, Otago, Clutha and Southland districts. Business owners from all areas within the Lower South zone attended their high performance meeting last week in Queenstown which was in part hosted by Tony Warland, the Chief Executive of Ray White Queensland.
Tony presented a development programme on how to continue to be a business of attraction and to understand the value of the customer and also integrating the use of customer satisfaction to bring outstanding results to an individual agency business.
Julie Ryan, South Island Business Performance Manager for Ray White New Zealand, said “The session was not only well attended but was responded to enthusiastically, with a high level of interaction and role playing throughout the session.” Julie went on to say that Tony is one of the most dynamic presenters on the subject of customer satisfaction across Australasia.
The Ray White Lower South Island zone continues to be one of the leading market share areas for the Group. A recent business to join the company, Ray White Wanaka, now has one of the leading market shares in their service area.
There are a number of initiatives the Lower South zone put on each year including their local congress together with the planning of auction events and marketing initiatives; all designed for increasing awareness of the network across the region.
During the afternoon presentations were made to leading businesses as well as the recognition of Drewe Carran from Ray White Gore as a Ray White Foundation Member. Drewe has been a part of the Ray White network since 1993 when Ray White originally became involved in the New Zealand real estate industry. From 1993 through to 2011 Drewe was one of the most successful salespeople through the Gore region and in 2011 Drewe took over ownership of Ray White Gore and continues to lead the business, with over 30% market share in the region.
