Louise Boreham

Louise’s positive attitude and strong values, along with her innate ability to listen, to ‘hear’ you, are essential when choosing to trust selling one of, if not, your most personal and valuable assets – your home.

Louise’s passion for houses started early, growing up on the North Shore at 20 years she bought her first home in Onehunga, later owning homes in Kohimarama, Mission Bay and Great Barrier Island, her current home is in Grey Lynn. 

Lived experience is ‘gold’ and Louise credits these personal experiences of being on ‘your side of the table’ along with her intelligent and intuitive approach to her early success in selling.

Hardworking, honest and tenacious, Louise also brings a valuable mix of business experience, and knowledge to your real estate proposition. Her excellence in customer service and sales, starting in the  mid-1980s in I.T and telecommunications, was often recognised, one past testimonial;  “Louise is friendly, personable, has an eye for detail and exhibits the rare ability to grasp a business case, develop it and present it back to the customer with substantial added value”.  Later, in 2000, joining an existing family business, (Natural Habitats) Louise contributed to its successful growth, consecutively furthering her understanding and passion for property.

'Life' happens to us all in varying ways, and a marriage breakup dictated a business change for Louise.  With a keen interest in the America’s Cup (more so after spending time in Spain in 2007 for the 32nd)  an opportunity in 2019 arose in Property Management housing one of the teams for the 2021 36th Americas Cup, again cultivating her passion for helping people meet their goals with their homes.

With detailed care, Louise delivers on promises, and within her second year Louise was selected 1 of the top 3 in New Zealand, a testament to Louise’s understanding of business as a whole, skills she is now applying successfully to the ‘completion’ of real estate sales and happy clients.
