Warm, practical, and deeply experienced, Lisa Everitt brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a Property Manager in Kaitaia, where she has proudly called Northland home for the past 30 years.

With a background that spans industries including agriculture, logistics, hospitality, and business operations - both in New Zealand and Australia - she’s developed strong people skills, sharp administrative abilities, and a real knack for problem-solving. Her career has taught her how to communicate across all walks of life, manage compliance and licensing, lead teams, and juggle complex projects with confidence.

What she loves most about property management is the opportunity to work closely with people to help them achieve their goals and navigate the rental process with ease.

Outside of work, Lisa values time with her husband, their three children, and eight grandchildren. Owning a third-generation family farm, she knows the value of hard work and strong community ties. A true Northland local at heart, she enjoys fishing, beach days, reading, and managing the annual GR8X Charitable Fishing Competition - an event that combines her love of community and her talent for organising.
