After the success of selling our first rental we assigned her to sell our second rental. This house is in a much better condition, however the challenge is the suburb it represents and the competition from recent sold prices in the area. After second week of marketing she was able to read the situation from the first home buyer and investor buyer level and managed to bring up to our expectation. We managed to bring the auction forward again and the final result went above our initial estimate

Lini has been very quick to meet our requirement to sell our two bedroom unit on Sturges Road, within a week after initial weekend meeting she arranged the meet with current tenant, photography and listing up on the same week. Throughout the open homes she captures the feedback from potential buyers that is invaluable to have a feel of the market price. We allow three weeks open home and within two weeks serious offer presented that brings the auction forward. It didn’t stop there, she act professionally to keep interest going from other potential purchaser to attend the bidding or via phone, we have 7 registered bidder that night and a final selling price that went beyond our expectation.
