Linda was an amazing agent to deal with from the first open home right through to settlement and made this such a positive experience. She provided us with all the documentation and organised an asbestos test promptly to allow us to prepare for a pre-auction offer, she gave us great guidance and due to her honest and efficient communication (always quick to respond and providing feedback) when our offer was declined she continued to correspond with us encouraging us to come to the auction (as we initially were not going to attend after our offer was declined). Linda is so personable and so lovely to deal with and always went the extra mile including after settlement giving us guidance on setting up our house not to mention spoiling us with a thoughtful settlement gift. We had previously been looking for a home for 8 months we dealt with a lot of agents, Linda was the best agent by far and we couldn't recommend her enough for her honesty, communication and compassion.
