A lot of things had changed since we last owned a home in NZ, after having been gone so long. We are so pleased and we can now go about putting our own touches to the place, but to be back in the Far North for us was the “huge attraction”. Both of our families have strong and long ties to the Far North and to land smack bang in the middle of them is fantastic for us. Right from the start, the interaction with Leona was great. Her preparedness to work around our needs was second to none, and the openness in following conversations made it so much easier and we are fully appreciative I can tell you. For us it is so much more than a house purchase it is “Te Hokinga Mai” The coming home! In what will now start yet another chapter for us, our kids are grown but have always been drawn home, and we will be forever grateful.
