Leanne was nice but we all felt she was pro the vendor, since taking over the property we found it unsuitable for use. Most everything was broken, which was not obvious on the two inspections. For example there were no keys to the building that worked.

Leanne Walker has many good qualities so I'm not sure how to be brief! She is a local to Maungaturoto and therefore she knows the area very well. She has the sort of personality that makes her shine in her field. She is very approachable and friendly and once engaged, she worked very hard to keep us happy, to keep us informed and to keep us reassured that our family home would get sold, which it did. This was no mean feat as this is a deceased estate and so there was some family friction and emotion to deal with. Leanne understood all this and she worked together with myself and my brother to get the business done and to get a really good price for us. My family will be indebted to her for this and yes I have already recommended her to other people in this area. I am a novice to real estate and she understood this, so I have learnt a lot from her during this experience. Leanne stands out as a highly dedicated professional agent who knows her business really well and she has the most important factor of quality going for her - it's called people skills and integrity. She made an effort to meet us on site to suit us as we had to travel, she was friendly and answered the basic questions.

Leanne didn't try to talk it up about the local market. We talked about the area realistically, with achievable results. Good communication through out.
