Leading Members Acknowledged by Ray White New Zealand

Ray White undertakes services in the areas of residential sales, commercial sales, rural sales, and property management. Last week Ray White New Zealand came together to celebrate their annual recognition and in doing so, acknowledged the outstanding results achieved by the leading salespeople and property managers across New Zealand.

In the area of property management, Ray White manage 17,700 properties and at this year’s awards, Ashleigh Clutterbuck from McPherson Property Management was acknowledged as the Property Manager of the Year.

Zac Snelling, Head of Property Management for Ray White New Zealand, said that Ashleigh’s work in the area of property management was outstanding. “Her commitment to the delivery of service and  education to landlords and tenants gives assurance in relationships and this is the platform of an outstanding property manager.”

 

In the area of residential sales; Anton Huang from Ray White Howick was acknowledged as the leading salesperson. John Quiambao from Ray White Remuera received the number two award. Steve Koerber of Ray White Remuera was number three for the group in residential sales.

In the area of commercial sales, Philip Hunt from Ray White Tauranga Commercial was acknowledged as the leading salesperson. While in the area of rural sales, Neville Kemp from Ray White Te Awamutu was the top salesperson.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said that all areas of sales were highly competitive and today it is not only the end result that counts; it is also the complete transaction experience that continues to allow leading salespeople within Ray White to achieve high-performance results, through their referrals, customer experience and also marketing.

The Ray White Group has over 2,000 salespeople completing property sales for over 18,000 clients throughout New Zealand.
