One of Ray White’s longer serving offices has committed to a further term with the Ray White Group. Ray White Tokoroa, under the stewardship of Jenny and Dave Lamberton, have extended their term with Ray White based on the continued strong business model that both companies offer each other.
Originally Lambertons Realty commenced in Tokoroa in 1976 and has been a long standing successful business in Tokoroa and surrounding regions. Today the business is a clear market leader, with 52% market share. The Tokoroa market has a good number of sales has for many years been considered a market that offers strong value and this is being realised by more investors and those also looking for a community-based township with good infrastructure.
