Laileen being one of our senior property managers has been working in the Property Industry for over 15 years, with knowledge in several facets, including Administration, Letting Agent, Sales Agent and then found her niche as a property manager in 2008, enjoying the daily challenges and building solid relationships. Having managed large apartment portfolios, this has given Laileen a good insight as to the variables this type of portfolio demands and has the experience to look after your property and tenants with transparency and confidence.

The property industry is in her blood with both parents having been invested and experiences in the industry. This gave Laileen a passion for the industry from an early age and can appreciate what it is like to be a property owner and tenant.

She has gone on to achieve success and winning the Bronze Award twice for Property Manager of the Year and completed her studies at Massey University to obtain her AREINZ status.
