Given a five star rating for doing a top job. Must say that Khalil & Thomas had the foresight to ask to come to my place in Papakura after my work hours to talk with me about how they go about how they sell their vendors homes here in Auckland. After two meetings at my home I asked if they could list a unit that they had not been aware of at the time. After continuous communications between me and the sale of the home they had many offers on the residence until the auction date. I was very impressed with the people they worked with also to get a good result that we were happy with on the Auction Day. So It was a success story for us as the home sold. Patient and hard working. Considering the urgent sale conditions I had bestowed upon Khalil he handle himself very well. Kept me apprised the whole way explaining everything that would happen.
