Right from my initial contact with Kerry I found her friendly & easy to chat with. She never put any pressure on us in what method of sale we would go with. Kerry was always prompt to respond to any messages left. Contacted us after every open home with feed back. Kerry also went that extra mile with advice on our house sale & on the house we have bought in Central Otago.

Kerry was always ready to take my call. She was open and honest with a clear understanding of my position.

Kerry has been everything we could have asked for in an agent. We were overseas for the marketing and sale of our flat and so relied on Kerry to run everything. During the initial stages of preparing the property for market, she made sure everything was in place prior to our departure and offered extremely helpful advice. For example, we used her staging contact and were delighted with the results. During the marketing / open home phase she kept us regularly updated with clear and well timed communications. Having found a buyer for our property, she navigated what was at times a tricky process, with real skill, care and, importantly, a sense of humour. I would like to save final and special mention for her interpersonal skills. From our first meeting i felt at ease with her. After having got to know her a little better, I have the utmost trust in and respect for Kerry.

Kerry recently sold our property in Auckland and we could not have been more impressed with both their professionalism and the extra mile they were prepared to go to make sure the sale went smoothly. As overseas vendors, we felt that they were so dedicated and proactive that we did not even need to come back to prepare the house for sale. They made recommendations and provided contacts to take care of maintenance issues. They even went so far as to speak to neighbours regarding cutting back hedges and picked up flowers for our weekly Open Homes.
