Great communication, very open and transparent and easy to deal with

Karen was genuine, warm, friendly, and worked hard to help with things like obtaining permission for my dog to live in a complex managed by a body corp. Karen proactively contacted me with suitable properties to view, and really listened to my needs rather than showing me anything and everything.

I felt Karen took care of myself and my partner as we went through the sometimes stressful process of buying our first home. She provided advice and only recommended us properties that fit not only our budget, but also our tastes. Given our inexperience, we were both a little wary of agents to begin, however Karen dispelled any fears through her warmth and honesty.

I talked with Karen some 6 months earlier and said actually I wanted to wait six months. Could she give me the time and call back then. I respected that she waited to call back and didn't pester me. She kept me up to date with newsletters which she said she would. When the time to selling came there were times I felt overwhelmed and anxious. She calmed me and always left me feeling better. She is honest and I felt like she was working for me and therefore gained my trust. I enjoyed her humour and the fact she was friendly and always let me know she was just a phone call away.

When she asked on their behalf if I was willing to bring the settlement date forward, she made it very clear that it was my decision and did I feel comfortable with that (this was my first house purchase and she knew I was nervous).
