John Lantz went from flying commercial planes in America to selling homes in New Zealand – and has recently joined the team at Ray White Remuera.
“I was a commercial airline captain in Chicago and given my wife was a Kiwi I always knew there was potential to move over. We decided to move to New Zealand in 2004 and not long after I arrived I got my real estate licence. I then walked the streets door knocking on many different real estate agencies hoping someone would give me a job…and someone did”
For the past eight years John has been selling homes in the area of Remuera with an average of 35 sales per year. Since joining the Ray White team John says he is overwhelmed with the amount of support. “The support at Ray White has been incredible. Not only from the senior management, but also the local sales teams, administration and IT support. It has completely opened my eyes to the potential of how to run a successful business. I now have the opportunity and the tools to run my business in the most effective way. I’m absolutely loving it.”
