Joanne was really lovely, personable, calm and helpful. We only met her at the auction but she sat with us throughout the process and really help guide us. The whole process could have been really overwhelming, and it was still pretty stressful but it was made significantly better having someone to guide us. Nice to deal with

I always found that Joanne was realistic and didn't try to create an expectation that wasn't achievable. I appreciated that and it made me trust Joanne and her ability to market the property properly. Joanne was quick to get the house on the market and had the maximum possible open homes. Joanne was very good at providing feedback from open homes and inquires that was of interest.

Joanne was extremely accommodating and generous with her time and attention - multiple private viewings etc. In fact Joanne called me about the property which I had initially dismissed due to location and as a result I reassessed (and prayed) and ended up having a real peace about buying the property. I'm very pleased.
