I have nothing but praise for the staff at Ray White New Plymouth in the way they handled the recent sale of our heritage villa in the centre of the city. No effort was spared in assistance with preparing the house for sale, advertising it and escorting the many people who responded to those advertisements through for an inspection. On the advice of Jane and her team, we decided to sell the house by auction because it was an unusual building in unusual circumstances and we were not sure how else to attract the sort of buyer we wanted. It had been a wonderful family home and we wanted it to go to someone who would carry on this tradition. I was most impressed with the advice and briefing by the auctioneer prior to the auction.
