Ray White Ponsonby is proud to welcome Tricia Lafferty and Kym Aikin, who work as partners, to the Ray White Ponsonby office. Trish and Kym have both had long term careers in the real estate industry, with Trish commencing just over 13 years ago and Kym joining the industry just over five years ago after a successful career in fashion.
In talking with them both in regards to their partnership, Tricia said their personalities complimented each other and they are both extremely passionate about everything they do in life and this was one of the reasons why they achieved such good results in real estate. Kym is also complimentary to their partnership, saying that since joining together their results for their clients have been outstanding.
Simon Damerell, the co-owner of Ray White Ponsonby, said that he was excited to have Tricia and Kym on the team. He said “Their experience, enthusiasm and desire to excel will fit perfectly with the overall direction of the Ray White Ponsonby office.” He went on to say “Our team is focused on achieving the best price for our clients and that will sit well with Tricia and Kym when they undertake their real estate activities.”
The Ray White Ponsonby office now has 22 on the sales team and is considered the market leader in Herne Bay, St Marys Bay and Freemans Bay, with market share in excess of 30%.
