Hania was born and raised in Auckland and a chance trip to visit friends in Doubtless Bay in late 2018 brought about a complete lifestyle change. Within months her and her husband Glen, left the congestion of Auckland and relocated to a lifestyle property in Mangonui.
Having always been passionate about property, Hania decided with the move North and leaving her Customer Service Manager role and industry experience of 20 years, that it was the perfect time to pursue a career in real estate.
Buying and selling her own properties over the years has helped Hania understand the extreme importance of having a salesperson with excellent communication, the ability to build a great rapport with people of all backgrounds and someone who genuinely listens to the needs and wants of the client and customer.

Hania was superb. We went looking for a sales representative and Hania's low key approach when we met was critical to gaining our trust. She explained easily what she could bring to the process and sought to bring her colleague Alan Moros into the process at the start due to his knowledge of the olive grove market and the two of them worked very well together, kept us in the in loop all the way and took the time to understand our perspective in the sale process. We had done extensive research and effected subdivision plans for the property along with information to bolster the going concern operation at the property.
