Gregg Marsland is the best agent in town! I can vouch for his work ethic, his commitment to his customers and his first class sales skills. I can now confirm that his advice, marketing plan and skills as a real estate agent sold our house in 14 days! Our situation was that we had made a conditional offer on a block of land, subject to selling our house, and we had a very tight timeline to hit. We asked Gregg if he could come round for a chat and we had a meeting that day. We told him what price we needed to achieve and by when. He then came back to us with a plan. 12 days after formally going on the market he came to us with a clean offer for exactly what we needed for us to make our next step and we were unconditional in 2 days after that. He also managed to find an Auckland investor for us to sell to and sorted a deal for us to rent our own house back while we build our new home!
