Graham went over and beyond from what I could expect from a Realtor. I have a difficult case where I am selling the assets as part of asset division with my ex-partner and at many times, Graham had to handle some very difficult conversations and situations but he always handled it very gracefully and with kindness. I believe it is important for both my husband, Graeme, and I to acknowledge how grateful we were for Graham Robinson's service and all the effort he went too on our behalf. We really did appreciate him. There were a couple of areas the previous owners where meant to attend too but in the end put it back on our shoulders. With all that was going on for work it went into the too hard box for a while. Then Graham R. stepped in and got the ball rolling with the previous owners and with an Electrician he knew. After some time we were delighted that the work was completed and paid for quickly by the previous owners. It is hard to put a rating overall, but definitely a 10 for ensuring all outstanding work was completed and signed off.

I thought Graham gave 100% attention; always answering his phone and in rare occasions when I left a message, he got back to me promptly and produced the goods in any info I inquired about; always patient & if I asked more and more questions he replied in layman’s terms and not over rushing the speed at which he spoke. I felt he gave me time making me feel like I was important in my business. I did not feel pushed into going up in price; everything coming across in an honorable manner. I can’t say this about many agents I’ve dealt with and found some to come with complete fabrications of the situation. I would therefore, without hesitation, rate Graham 10 out of 10 as a Real Estate agent.
