Ray White Invercargill, Gore and Te Anau have come together this spring to bring a brand new Suzuki Swift to you.

This competition has been inspired by similar initiatives organised by Ray White Tutukaka, Whangarei and Bream Bay. These have proven to be very successful in the past and gathered amazing feedback from the customers.

John Murphy, Ray White Invercargill Business Manager, said that the initial idea was to promote the brand through radio and digital marketing. The idea evolved with Ray White Te Anau and Gore joining in and collectively sharing the costs. This allowed the group to invest in an attractive prize – the car – and create a broader coverage of the district and province with an intensified radio campaign and digital media coverage. John explains that the campaign has been a great branding and profile exercise and has brought the offices together. The preparation process has encouraged more communication and closer cooperation between the three teams, and they are now looking to organise a joint Christmas Party as a result. John concludes, that the campaign is definitely a point of difference from the competition at a listing appointment.

The Swift has been branded with Ray White livery and is very visible and recognisable in the district as it visits each of the three participating Offices. Jackie McKenna, Invercargill General Office Manager, said, “We organised special DL’s, newspaper ads, Facebook tiles and Facebook advertising. We redid our outside signage, added extra signage to our existing company cars, created core flute signage to be used at open homes. The front pages of Comparative Market Analysis and listing packs have had the static images added on them. And, of course, there is the interactive digital marketing on the New Zealand Herald and the ongoing radio campaign. As we are three different franchises with three different websites a dedicated web page was set up on raywhite.co.nz. It includes all relevant information and directs the audience and participants to the correct office”.

The promotion includes anyone who will list exclusively and sell within the period between 1 August and 27 January. Additionally, any listings which have been extended and sell will be eligible. This allows the offices to not only attract new listings but extend the current ones as well.
The campaign will conclude with a prize drawer function held in Invercargill with all participating offices celebrating the winners on 27th of January 2017.
