Fiona Senton, oh where do I begin!! First time talking with Fiona and spot on I knew she was the right person for the job. She was an easy going, friendly and HONEST person. She explained the process well to me and it was so easy to understand. Her ideas and options made my decision to sell my home by auction very easy. Wow, was this lady onto it – right from the start. She arrived at my Papakura home having done all her due diligence. She had a look around and advised immediately that I could get a lot more than what the developer had offered. Fiona took considerable time and great care to explain and make sure I understood everything. She needed to know I was comfortable before I signed the paperwork and committed to using her services.

When I first meet Fiona I had already sold my house privately to a developer (that was my first mistake). I attended an open home she had listed and she was super friendly, approachable and professional. I bid on her listing which was my first time doing an auction and sadly missed out as I was too green to the process. I got a great vibe from her from the start, so even though I had been through other open homes and been greeted by other agents there was not an immediate connection that I had with Fiona so my next step and best decision yet was to asked her to help me find a property. Being a single middle-aged woman who had not a lot of knowledge of the auction process as my last property purchase was some 25 years previously and done thru negotiation, I was a real rookie. She had the patience of a saint and showed me many properties until I finally found the house I wanted. I asked her if she could bid for me at auction which took so much stress out of the situation, and her professionalism and guidance was outstanding. She was incredible throughout the whole process and a great support. I would never have been able to do it on my own without her helping me through each step but never once being pushy or overstepping the mark. ​Fiona Senton, despite knowing there was a contract already in place on subject property, took the trouble to show me through the premises and to take my details and complete a secondary contract. Fiona drew up the contract in a favourable way, whereby no costs would have been incurred if the original contract had been completed. There were a few little hiccups along the way to final settlement, but Fiona Senton handled the process in a most professional way, for which I thank her.
