To be honest it's hard to describe in words just how amazing Ella and the team at Ray White were to deal with. We are Wellington based selling a property in Christchurch which can complicate things and make things stressful, but with Ella on our team this simply was not the case. During the builders report it turned out there was some water damage which required repair which is bad enough. When you're Wellington based and you now have to arrange a builder, painter, plasterer and access to the property the stress levels started to rise. This could have been a serious issue however Ella said leave it to me, I'm all over it and that she was. Ella arranged everything and everyone to get the water damage repaired for us, we just sat back and watched the magic happen in amazement. Ella's willingness to go above and beyond is just unbelievable, nothing was an issue or too much to ask and the communication was incredible, you couldn't ask for more really. Ella was simply amazing. Her marketing, advice, guidance and professionalism were fantastic. She went above and beyond for us the whole time. And in a tough market the price she sold our house for was just incredible.

When we decided to list our property we asked 3 different agencies to present their proposals. The other two agents were very experienced but Ella was so enthusiastic and professional we went with her. She promised open communication, always being available for any questions and to keep us informed every step of the way and she delivered on those promises.
