Ella was a true professional and incredibly hard-working. We loved her approach with following up all of the group so that would come to our home over the weekend. She also worked incredibly hard to do private showings as well as weekday open homes the number of groups we Had exceeded our expectations. Ella created awesome reports that we looked forward to receiving every Tuesday before we had our weekly Check ins. When are continuing to work with Ella to look for our next property, which we are really enjoying doing. Anyone would be lucky to work with Ella to selling their home she is an excellent agent.

Ella was always very professional, friendly and approachable. She was easily contacted and always had a helpful response. She even came back to the property after settlement to look at the oven which was not working. Unfortunately, the appliances which appeared to be working at the presettlement inspection were not. All that was seen was the power supply. This was not Ella’s fault but the vendors. Perhaps agents need to make more careful checks on appliances.

Ella is a legend! She handled the open homes and went well above and beyond to get the best results. When a pre-auction, unconditional offer came in, the auction was brought forward. Ella worked tirelessly to phone all the people who had shown interest, or attended the open homes, or were on a list of wider agency contacts. I don’t think she had much sleep! On auction day the room was full with multiple bidders and the resulting sale was well over our expectations.
