Ray White New Zealand has a proud recognition system which acknowledges the activities of high performers through the areas of sales and property management that is linked to and engaged with customer service.
This year over 200 Elite and Premier members joined together at The Cloud on Auckland’s waterfront to acknowledge and recognise achievements in a peer group environment.
Brian White, Chairman of the Ray White Group, welcomed Elite and Premier members to the recognition evening. He acknowledged that performing at a high level required investment in systems and resources. He made the observation that the best people in the industry were building their systems around customer satisfaction and this is one area of the business that ensured a certain referral based successful future of each of the Elite and Premier members.
Leader of Elite Development, Julie Ryan, expressed her adulation of the Elite and Premier members. She said that growing a real estate business required a lot of determination, hard work. Julie acknowledged the partners together with the administration teams that many Elite and Premier members have.
The Elite and Premier membership this year increased by 20% to 294 members. The year was highlighted by the number of new members achieving the Elite and Premier status, together with the increasing numbers of regional members who were welcomed as part of the recognition team.
The Ray White Group has 1,451 sales members, 300 property managers operating through 145 locally-owned community-based offices. Ray White is licensed under the REAA and are members of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
