The Ray White New Zealand Elite and Premier members came together for their annual recognition evening on Wednesday 19 March 2014 at Mantells on the Water in Westhaven, Auckland. With over 150 Elite and Premier performers, the evening was a huge success and remains one of the highlights of the Ray White calendar.
Julie Ryan, South Island Business Performance Manager, who undertakes personal mentoring with high performance Elite members within Ray White, said that “the evening shows the individual success of Ray White members and the capacity of success that they have achieved.” She said that working at such high levels “requires personal management, drive and diligence, and the growth that many Elite and Premier members have achieved is outstanding.”
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said on the evening that there are always statistical insights that come from our Elite and Premier performers. “In the last 12 months the Ray White Group lifted sales performance by 21% against market conditions which saw the industry increase its results by 14%. It was significant to note the Elite and Premier performers lifted their overall turnover by 28% which shows the best people in the market are being recognised and appointed by vendors increasingly as each year goes on.”
Designed to recognise and reward consistency in individual performance, the Ray White recognition levels include Executive, Premier and Elite status which are offered in the areas of sales and property management. The other areas of recognition within Ray White include Foundation and Life members.
As part of the Ray White Group’s continuing support of Ronald McDonald House, it was also announced at the function for Elite and Premier members, that they will now be able to have individual business partnerships with Ronald McDonald House – strengthening their community commitment. Many of the Elite and Premier members already have strong relationships within their own communities with Ronald McDonald Houses, in addition to supporting a range of other organisations and charities.
