With a diverse background in the public service and Crown entities and a genuine passion for helping people, Eddie brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry. His career has been built on a foundation of empathy, dedication, and problem-solving, all of which are vital in guiding clients through the often-complex real estate process.
He served as the Team Leader for Tenancy services at Kainga Ora, where he honed his leadership skills and deepened his understanding of housing and tenancy law. This role allowed him to manage and support a team to deliver exceptional tenancy services, ensuring clients received the care and support .required to live well.
In addition, Eddie has experience as a Tenancy Manager and Intensive tenancy management, where he worked directly with tenants and their families, property owners, and service providers to ensure smooth, effective tenancy management.
Eddie also brings valuable experience from his previous roles as a Rehabilitation Programme Facilitator, Probation Officer, and as a Youth Worker/Social Worker. Each of these positions has allowed him to develop strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills, solution focussed/ people centred approach all of which are vital in the real estate industry.
