Donna has recently sold our home that we have lived in for the past 32 years. She set up the promotion and the sale process in a very professional cheerful and friendly manner. As we have a flat that is a part of our house, which was occupied during the sale period, we had to be mindful of the tenant's privacy. Donna did a great job in arranging access to suit the tenant's needs for some prospective buyers over a 3 week period. This was by invitation without doing the usual "Open Home". Donna, I believe, has a very good understanding of the market and home values in the eastern bays. The sale price we achieved, was in our opinion, right on the current real value and was above the CV. We were prepared to accept a lower figure but Donna convinced us that we should push for a higher price, and this was accepted by the Buyer. Donna Watts did an excellent job for us when she sold our penthouse apartment in Mission Bay in mid 2016. She is highly knowledgeable on comparable apartments in the area and how and why recent transactions are or are not appropriate comparables.
