This week the team at Ray White Corporate cooked dinner for the families who stay at Ronald McDonald House, Grafton Mews. Its always a great evening, and being able to do something so small as preparing a meal is always appreciated by the families who stay there.
Ronald McDonald House has three locations in New Zealand being Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. When a family faces the weight of a child’s illness, the best thing they can do is face it together. New Zealand’s Ronald McDonald Houses keep families together – because families are stronger when they are together.
Ray White has been a proud supporter of Ronald McDonald House in Auckland for the past five years. Originally the facility opened in 1994 with just 10 rooms and has grown to now house over 80 families each night in two facilities. The Auckland house is located near Starship Hospital and provides a dedicated service and safe haven for families whose children require specialist treatment at the national childrens’ hospital, Starship. Ronald McDonald House Auckland is able to focus on the practical and emotional needs of each and every family that stays at the House.
