Meeting with Dave in July worked very well with preparing for the sale of my property and due to travel to the UK on 20 July and returning on Saturday 2 September meant a great deal of work for Dave in my absence. To receive a reasonable offer within roughly 3 weeks of my absence and the regular email updates meant a great deal to me. I am hopeful that I will catch up with Dave after my return. I was working from home one morning and saw the listing for 2/2 New Street, I emailed Dave to see if I could come and view the property. Dave called me straight away and he met with me that very morning. I couldn't believe how responsive Dave was and he continued on this journey with myself and my wider whanau (we were purchasing for our eldest son).
