If you have been burnt in the past by previous real estate agents (especially in West Auckland), and you are needing new hope, then Crystal is the one to turn to. We had so much muck around with the previous agent and felt she just wanted to empty o... ur pockets to fill hers and her husband. Plus we found out later people were interested in our home, but she never got back to them. We were lucky Crystal came along when that contract had ended, and on their first open home we had a buyer.
