Courtney Alexander is the top of the tops. She is pleasant and easy to deal with, has a sound knowledge of the Real Estate market and was able to give excellent advice to me on the best way to sell my house. It sold very quickly for a higher price than expected on a very slow market. I found her to be willing and able to help me through the complicated process of filling out the many and varied modern computer based forms. She went out of her way on several occasions to come and help me with this. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or buy property.

Easiest Experience Ever. What can I say about Dave and Courtney? They are really good at what they do, this is not a job to them, it's a calling. They genuinely care about everyone, and what happens to each property. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. Great communication, prompt and also breaking everything down for us so we could understand. They jumped through hoops (and on the trampoline!), they flexed when needed, all in all the process felt far too easy.
