During the first quarter of 2013 the Ray White Group has completed agreements for seven new locations which include three new Auckland offices. In addition to this, the Group has had nine renewals which include the Auckland offices of Ray White Birkenhead, Ray White Kohimarama, and Ray White Ellerslie. In the Bay of Plenty Ray White Papamoa. In Canterbury the Group has renewed agreements with Ray White Lincoln and Ray White Tower Junction. In the Otago region Ray White Oamaru has re-committed to the Group.
The number four office nationally for sales turnover in 2012, which was recently acknowledged at the annual awards, is Ray White Ellerslie. GY Group Limited is headed up by Glen Young with his business partner Philip Hall and the office has been a consistently high performer for the Ray White Group during the past 10 years. The Ray White Ellerslie market share in their core trade area of Ellerslie is 44.2% and in Mt Wellington it is now 52.6%. These market shares have continued to grow every year through not only the introduction of experienced members to the GY team but also through the application of the Group’s direction in relationship marketing.
